From product list to printed sheet in five steps.

FreeLabels is a simple yet powerful cloud-based platform for generating professional product, inventory, and shipping labels — no installation, no fees.

  1. Prepare your data

    Create an Excel (.xlsx) file with your product info — name, SKU, barcode, and an optional QR code link. Nothing is mandatory: leave any cell empty and FreeLabels will generate your labels from whatever you provide. Barcode and QR/EPC fields support multiple formats — a URL, plain text, or an Electronic Product Code.

  2. Upload your Excel file

    Go to the Create Labels page and upload your file. FreeLabels reads the data automatically and prepares it for label generation.

  3. Customize label settings

    Choose the label size, margins, and layout. The template's column names (Name, SKU, Price, Barcode, QR/EPC, Expiry, GST, HSN, Brand) are just placeholders — rename or repurpose any column, and FreeLabels prints exactly what you enter.

  4. Preview your labels

    Check alignment, barcode scannability, and QR code content before you export anything.

  5. Export your labels

    Download a print-ready PDF, or export ZPL (Zebra) / TSPL (TSC) for thermal label printers.
